What is ScriptRun?

ScriptRun is a pharmacist-centric platform that gets you your medicines and other health products at your convenience. We select the most cost-effective pharmacy to obtain your medications for you. Everyone should be entitled to accessible healthcare and medicines in Australia and we are here to help.

Are we a pharmacy?

​

No we are not. We are pharmacists that wants to change the way Australia view pharmacy services. ScriptRun connects with local pharmacies and gets an actual pharmacist to deliver your medicines and provide other healthcare services.

Medicines

Are the medicines delivered genuine?

​

All medicines and health products delivered are genuine and come from your local pharmacy's stock. All products that your pharmacy stock are sourced from Australia's Community Service Obligation (CSO) Pharmaceutical Wholesalers.

How are my medicines obtained?

​

Your prescription which we received from you will be passed on to a registered pharmacy operating with a valid pharmacy license and dispensed by a AHPRA-registered pharmacist under strict government and pharmacy board legislation. Your prescription must also be verified to be written by a AHPRA-registered medical practitioner and is deemed valid and safe taking into consideration your medical history and other health circumstances. Once satisfactory, the medicines will be handed over to ScriptRun's pharmacist to be hand-delivered to your doorstep.

Emergency deliveries.

​

We do not do deliveries if we determine your situation as a medical emergency. We will redirect you to your nearest healthcare provider or hospital to seek immediate medical attention. ScriptRun is not to be used for emergency purposes. Call 000 for help.

What type of prescriptions can I use?

​

Only a prescription written by an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner/dentist/nurse practitioner/therapeutically-endorsed optometrist/vet can be used. ScriptRun do not fill drugs of dependence or Schedule 8 medications due to courier safety. We would direct you to personally fill such prescriptions at your local pharmacy.

Will my prescription be rejected?

​

Each prescription must satisfy legal requirements in Australia. The participating partner pharmacy and pharmacist will check and verify your prescription for its validity before making the final decision of accepting or rejecting a prescription.

What brands will I get for my medicines?

​

You can choose if you prefer generic or non-generic branded medications. All generic medications in Australia are registered with the Therapeutic Goods of Australia with a AUST R number. Generic medications are generally less expensive than non-generic medications. However, your doctor may choose to only have you on non-generic medications, in this case you will not be supplied generic medications.

My order status

​

Once your order has been received, you will be notified either by SMS or phone call through each major stage of your order. We will notify you ahead of time if there are any unexpected delays in processing your medications.

​

Can I cancel my order?

​

Once orders have been dispensed and have left our partner pharmacy, orders cannot be cancelled. Be sure to call or text us ahead of time if you wish to cancel your order.

​

What medicines do we not deliver?

​

Due to stricter checks needed, we do not deliver Schedule 8, Drug of Dependence, S100 or very high cost medications.

As we are growing our base of PHARMACIST-CONCIERGE COURIERS, we are limited to:

Health & Personal Care Products

You can order commonly stocked health & personal care products together with your pharmacy order. Just SMS your item through to us.

Medication Repeats Refill

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You can organise your monthly repeats to be filled once a month or when required. In most cases, having our pharmacist hold on to your prescription will ensure you get your prescriptions validated faster and medicines delivered faster too.

Weekly Medicine Box Setup

On top of delivering your medicines, we can also assist you in setting up your weekly medicine box. By having a PHARMACIST present, we ensure that you are taking the right medicine at the right time.

Returns Policy

Can I return medicines?

​

Medicines that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned unless deemed to be faulty or defected. In addition, fridge medications cannot be returned. Always check your medications the moment you receive them and inform us if there are any issues.

Can I return Healthcare & Personal Care products?

​

If the item is deemed to be faulty, it can be return if a return request SMS is received within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be done once item has been received.

​

How do I return items?

​

A delivery PHARMACIST will come and collect the items within 3 days.

​
